We are interviewing to identify the sales leader around whom we will build our greater Tulsa sales team. The right candidate for this highly influential and financially rewarding role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales in an accelerated sales leadership development program, and will become responsible for building a team of salaried field sales representatives who visit with, present to, and sell to small business owners. The Manager-in-Training will co-manage this new market alongside the Vice President of Sales, prior to taking on full District Manager responsibilities over a period of 9-12 months.
A Manager-in-Training (MIT) is exclusively focused on making sales personally and in a training capacity as they build a new field sales district from the ground up, to accelerate the growth of our existing 15-state service area. MITs participate in a structured training, coaching, and new manager mentorship program that is led by the executives of our 350 person, 27 year old business.
