What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coordinate a training and education team to deploy strategies for therapy adoption
- Develop and manage in-house product training programs for field personnel and healthcare providers
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Identify educational gaps and design pathways for healthcare provider and employee certification
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives and improve training processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in training, education, and healthcare provider engagement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven people management and leadership capabilities
