Job summary

Culver’s is seeking a hands-on Management Team member in Wisconsin to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise shifts, and motivate staff toward consistently excellent guest service. You will model professionalism, coach team members, and ensure food safety compliance while maintaining a positive work environment.

Your role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with colleagues, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
