Job summary

Culver's is seeking a dedicated Management Team member to lead shifts, empower crew, and ensure warm guest experiences at our Wisconsin location. This role focuses on coaching staff, upholding Culver's standards, and driving team performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for scheduling, training, and maintaining food safety and quality while embodying a friendly, can-do leadership style that motivates the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
