Job summary

Culver’s is seeking a Restaurant Management Team member who will oversee shifts, lead staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll model positive leadership and coach a high-performing team, while maintaining compliance with food safety and operating procedures.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of restaurant experience, a proactive mindset, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and career development are part of the role.
