Job summary

Hertz Columbus HLE in Ohio is seeking a management trainee to develop the skills necessary to effectively manage and grow a branch. With our promote-from-within structure you will have opportunities to advance within the organization.

You will help deliver excellent customer experiences, reach sales and service goals, and apply B2B sales tactics while supporting the branch's business plan and ensuring vehicles are presentable to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable driving different types of vehicles.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities
