Mathtech is seeking an entry-level Management Consultant to join our State and Local Consulting Practice in Falls Church, VA. You will support project delivery across client engagements, contributing to analysis, research, deliverables, and client-facing activities under the mentorship of senior leaders.

This role is designed to develop foundational consulting, analytical, and professional skills, with exposure to government domains and a collaborative, virtual-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Public Policy, IT, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across client engagements and contribute to defined tasks.
• Develop draft client deliverables, presentations, and reports.
• Organize and document meetings and workshops; track tasks and deadlines.
• Apply structured problem-solving approaches and escalate risks when needed.
