Job summary

Wonderful Citrus in Delano, CA is seeking an entry level Maintenance Mechanic to support packaging equipment—baggers, printers, CSMA, weighers, box formers. You will learn operation, setup, and minor repairs while growing with the team.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and collaborate with operators to maximize equipment efficiency. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Entry-level maintenance role with growth potential.
• Must be able to read and interpret basic manuals and schematics.
• Overtime and rotating shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist Packaging Specialists on repairs and improvements to equipment.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and parts requests.
• Assist training and development of operators and team members.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations (LOTO, fall protection, etc.).
