Job summary

ATS is seeking an entry-level maintenance technician to help keep our factory floors running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform break-fix and preventative maintenance, adjust components, and replace defective parts to sustain operations.

You will support teammates, uphold 5S practices, and complete on-the-job training while recording activities in CMMS and contributing to cost-saving CI initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Must be able to use basic hand tools.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical and fluid power systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry level break-fix and preventative maintenance, including adjusting parts and repairing or replacing defective components.
• Supports and backs up other department members as needed by leadership.
• Ensures compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Completes on-the-job training for career development.
• Updates records in CMMS.
• Provides input in continuous improvement activities, including processes, results and cost savings.
