Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on conveyors, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and related systems. No diploma is required and on-the-job training is provided; 18+ minimum age applies.

You’ll join a team focused on keeping facilities safe, clean, and functional. The role offers on-site work with immediate start upon completion of training and opportunities to grow within ABM's facilities services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive and reactive maintenance on conveyors, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other systems.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities.
• Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary.
• Assist in client, site or customer emergencies as needed.
