Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained while assisting management to ensure smooth operations for our customers.

No experience is required—we will train you. This role involves hands-on maintenance across HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and general repairs, with opportunities to cross-train in other departments and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the facility and related equipment.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with maintenance and customer service needs.
• Operate and support HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and other equipment as needed.
• Participate in cross-training in other departments and leadership roles.
• Follow safety policies to protect customers and coworkers.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
