Quality Talent Group is recruiting for an entry level Maintenance Technician in Colorado. The role focuses on maintaining mining and processing equipment, ensuring it remains ready and operational on swing shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols. Training and career growth are available within a large, multi-site organization across North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, or industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical skills including welding (stick/arc), light fabrication, cutting torch, and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: Experience operating skid-steer, man-lift, or similar equipment.
• Ability to follow PPE requirements, including respirator use (clean-shaven for proper fit).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust plant and conveying equipment.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used replacement parts.
• Execute emergency repairs to address equipment breakdowns.
• Report issues and repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
