Zinger Property Group in Lexington, KY is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to perform grounds care, routine maintenance, and assist with work orders. This full-time, year-round role offers paid training; no prior experience required as we provide on-the-job training and certification opportunities.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
