Job summary

Bader is seeking a Maintenance Technician Entry for Pike Lake Marsh in Prior Lake, MN. This full-time role involves daily repairs, basic plumbing and electrical tasks, and grounds maintenance. You will coordinate with the Property Manager on work orders and trips to sister sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property including work orders.
• Learn and complete minor work orders such as snake toilets, snake drains, clear slow drains, door closures, caulking, locks.
• Learn and complete basic plumbing: repair leaking faucets, replace components of toilets.
• Learn and complete basic electrical work: replace outlet plates and switches.
• Maintain grounds and surrounding areas, including trash, snow, landscaping.
• Move appliances as needed and prep vacant units for occupancy.
• Consult daily with the Property Manager on work orders and turns.
• Manage supplies and tools inventory and ensure proper care.
• Demonstrate courteous customer service at all times and pursue ongoing education.
