Shaw Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician D to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. This entry-level role focuses on building core skills in industrial maintenance by performing basic tasks and assisting experienced technicians to keep downtime minimal.

You will participate in routine maintenance, inspections, and simple repairs, document work in CMMS, and help ensure a clean, safe plant environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures.
• Foundational mechanical knowledge and tooling skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple equipment issues with supervision.
• Familiarity with CMMS or basic computer systems for documentation.
