Novo Health Services is hiring for a full-time Maintenance Associate in Williamsport, PA. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, piping, welding, and boiler systems.

No prior maintenance experience is required and a short maintenance test will be administered during the interview process. The position is a third shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:30 am) with potential for overtime, pay increases, and career advancement into a Maintenance

• Must complete maintenance test during interview.
