Milwaukee Tool seeks an entry-level Machine Technician to operate and maintain equipment ensuring quality product delivery. You will follow safety and MT/plant policies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 1–2 years in maintenance or a technical field, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. On-site manufacturing site with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to interpret technical data, including drawings and OMS.
• Must be proficient in the use of common inspection and test equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required.
• High School or GED diploma required. Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Automation preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field at MT or similar employer.
