Qualifications

• Must be a team player and communicate well with others.
• Will train! Experience with Manufacturing process equipment, including but not limited to measurement tools.
• High school Diploma or GED Required
• Requires the ability to pass a pre-employment test including background check and drug/alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Read and acknowledge the required work instructions for a single work center.
• Operate manufacturing equipment within standard time using documented procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area per 6S standards.
• Identify quality issues and communicate with Team Lead or previous shift operators.
• Record required information on forms or electronic devices.
• Understand Work Order information using ERP system.
• Assist other operators during downtime and support safety protocols.
• Observe machine operation and adjust for quality and efficiency.
