Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Machine Operators/Packagers for a contract position in Monument, CO. The role involves loading metal rods, operating production machines for medical components, and packaging products in a cleanroom setting.

Work stops will be on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts with hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.55, plus differential and a future base increase to $20 upon conversion. Onsite, full-time, with benefits eligibility for temporary staff.

• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Load metal rods into production machinery (lifting and standing).
• Operate machines that manufacture medical components.
• Package medical products in a cleanroom environment.
• Use labeling and packaging equipment.
• Transfer finished goods to quality control.
• Assist with general production and packaging tasks as needed.
