Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity; willing to train those without manufacturing experience.
• Must be mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand 8–10 hours per shift.
• Willing to work overtime regularly; overtime often required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manufacturing operations using secondary operations and stamping press equipment.
• Begin with production/repetitive work and progress to set-up operations.
• Efficiently complete all assigned work to meet productivity targets.
• Complete part/quality inspection processes (dimensional or visual).
• Assist in packing/shipping and other secondary operations as needed for production demand.
