Responsibilities

• Complete structured training on machine operation and safety.
• Load and unload raw materials and package finished goods.
• Monitor gauges and report readings outside of standard.
• Use basic measurement tools to check part quality.
• Follow standard work instructions with supervisor guidance.
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues immediately.
• Maintain clean work area using 5S practices.
• Support other production tasks as skills grow.
