Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of metal cutting machines (manual and CNC) preferred.
• Basic math skills with imperial and metric units.

• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and conventional machines to drill, mill, tap, and shape parts.
• Read prints and process documents to determine tooling and sequence.
• Inspect parts with standard methods to ensure tolerances.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work area per OHSA and company standards.
• Record production data and participate in lean and 5S initiatives.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
