Atlas Staffing, Inc. in Spokane Valley is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator. Training is provided on the job, with a Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule and a 4x10 shift that offers three-day weekends.

You will operate machines such as roll formers, polishing lathes, pneumatic presses, and vices to shape metal according to quality standards. The role requires basic math, measurement with calipers, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Comfortable with tools and measuring devices.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass preemployment drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to operate assigned machines and process material until the desired outcome.
• Inspect material within specified tolerances.
• Use calipers and hand tools to measure product.
• Track and log job operations.
• Maintain material custody and tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
