Atlas Staffing, Inc. in Spokane Valley is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator. Training is provided on the job, with a Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule and a 4x10 shift that offers three-day weekends.

You will operate machines such as roll formers, polishing lathes, pneumatic presses, and vices to shape metal according to quality standards. The role requires basic math, measurement with calipers, and strong attention to detail.

Atlas Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Spokane Valley! This is an entry-level role with training provided on the job. Enjoy a Monday through Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you consistent three-day weekends !

Summary:

Use machines such as roll formers, polishing lathes, pneumatic presses, and vices to shape, shear and manipulate metal into desired the desired output based on the company's quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Following work instructions, operate assigned machines to process material until desired outcome is achieved
• Inspect material within specified tolerances
• Use hand tools and calipers to measure product
• Track and log job operations
• Maintain and ensure controlled material custody and tracking
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience is REQUIRED
• Previous machine operating experience is preferred
• Comfortability with tools and measuring devices
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass required preemployment drug and background screenings
• Must meet applicable United States Export Control Regulations requirements

Pay:

$18.00-$19.00/hr.

Available Shift:

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM - 4x10's Schedule!
