Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No manufacturing experience required.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, procedures, safety requirements, and written instructions.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying and staging the correct materials and quantities for production.
• Transport materials to the appropriate production areas and report deviations.
• Document start and completion of production processes.
• Operate processing and production equipment per work instructions and safety requirements.
• Monitor equipment and production processes to maintain target rates.
• Perform initial product testing and release activities to ensure specifications.
• Verify labels and packaging materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Package finished products per work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per SOPs and EHS requirements.
• Identify and report production, equipment, safety, or quality concerns to supervision.
