Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Mebane, NC is seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator for a 12-month contract (W2). The role is 40 hours per week on first shift, Monday through Thursday 7:00am–5:30pm with overtime on Fridays 7:00am–12:00pm. Education: HS diploma or GED; experience in manufacturing preferred.

You will perform basic operational tasks under supervision, handle kit packaging, basic quality checks, and operate entry-level production equipment while adhering to GMP and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 2 year of manufacturing experience.
• Physical requirements: Stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs.
• GMP and SOP adherence under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic operational tasks with supervision.
• Responsibilities include packaging kits, cleaning functions, simple in-process quality checks, and routine paperwork.
• Handles basic machine operations, pulling raw materials, feeding materials into production lines, and clearing common machine faults.
• Limited involvement in set-up, start-up, shut-down, and adjustments of machines.
• Provides minimal input on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with supervision.
