Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience needed; comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and shipping goals through assembly and production tasks.
• Perform manual assembly of systems using torque drivers and hardware to production targets.
• Conduct functional testing of completed systems following standard procedures.
• Retrieve materials from flow racks and bin locations to support assembly.
• Complete back-flush transactions in computer systems to log production activities.
• Assist with physical inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness per 5S standards.
• Follow safety and security policies and use protective equipment as required.
