Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule. No diploma or prior experience required, and on‑the‑job training will prepare you for future Production Operator roles within the plant.

Qualifications

• No experience required; no high school diploma/GED required.
• Must read and understand Fill Cards in English.
• Willingness to offer suggestions and improve processes.
• Able to follow directions, work in teams, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to Production Operators and Line Leaders, including packing, stacking, bottle dumping, and box making.
• Work cross-functionally to support other departments to keep lines supplied and running.
• Verify labeling/codes on cases/jars/jugs and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Verify materials against Fill Cards and ensure correct materials are used in production.
• Maintain GMP standards and safety requirements on the floor and machines.
• Opportunity to be trained and certified in Forklift operation.
• Clean, organize, perform rework, and support efficiency in manufacturing operations.
• This training role leads to Production Operator roles within the plant.
• Learn 5S standards and help drive them across activities.
