We’re looking for skilled Machine Operators like you!

What You’ll Do

1. Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or verbal directions to achieve manufacturing goals.
2. Install machine fixtures, including aligning and securing dies, punches, and blades.
3. Operate machinery such as lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines according to specifications.
4. Monitor and inspect the production process, ensuring machines function correctly and products meet quality standards using tools like calipers and gauges.
5. Maintain safety and cleanliness by following protocols, wearing PPE, and organizing the work area.
6. Assist in other duties or departments as needed.

What You'll Bring

1. Basic math skills and ability to read and understand instructions in English.
2. Physical ability to handle heavy items and perform manual tasks.
3. Compliance with scheduled hours, timekeeping, and company policies.
4. Stamina to stand for entire shifts in a non-climate-controlled environment.
5. Willingness to learn machining fundamentals and proficiency with measuring devices.

Your Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
