Saint-Gobain ADFORS in Albion, NY, is seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator who will receive hands-on training to safely operate manufacturing equipment and monitor quality. You will complete production documentation and support daily goals while learning our operator career ladder.

• Willingness to learn machine operation, quality standards, and production processes.

Pay Incentives for This Role Include:

• Competitive pay at $22.50 plus additional incentives outlined below
• The targeted bonus plan
• Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5) $33.75 per hour
• Take advantage of additional earning opportunities through our Shift Differential, Weekend Differential, and Rotational Shift Incentives.
  • Standard Shift Differential Rates
    • Monday-Thursday Nights: Base rate + $0.55/hour
    • Friday-Sunday Days/Nights: Base rate + $1.20/hour
  • Rotational Roles
    • Employees in rotational roles receive an additional $1.50/hour on top of the applicable standard shift differential.
