Job summary

Precision Edge Surgical Products Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking operators to produce surgical cutting tools in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will load, run, and monitor machinery, read blueprints, perform quality checks, and document results daily.

Qualifications

• Experience handling precision measurement tools and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Familiarity with documentation control and record-keeping practices.
• Understanding of quality inspection and testing procedures.
• Skills in machine maintenance and preventive upkeep.
• Proficiency in setting up, programming, and operating manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor precision machining equipment.
• Set up tooling, program cycles, and adjust for tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleanroom-friendly care of machinery.
• Conduct quality inspections and document results.
• Follow documented processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time production and quality.

2nd shift is 2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday

3rd shift is 10pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday

7% shift Premium for off shift roles
