Job Title: Light Industrial - General Labor II

Location: Hendersonville, NC (onsite)

Contract Duration: 31 weeks

Work Hours: 12-hour shifts; 7am-7pm/7pm-7am

Important Note:

This position is located onsite, working on a 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts; 7am-7pm/7pm-7am). Candidates must be able to swing between day and night shifts.

Description:

This role is primarily for a Machine Operator/Machine Assistant with relevant experience. Forklift experience alone is not sufficient.

• Assist K-C operators in mill-wide reclaim operations. Act as a "Machine Helper" to pick up and position rolls on conveyors or elsewhere as needed.
• Complete forklift driver training (KC or 3PL) and provide certification.
• Load the line with materials manually or using a tractor.
• Load and unload materials from trailers.
• Assist with routine cleaning, housekeeping, and occasional deep cleaning or grade changes.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work environment is not climate-controlled.
• Available to start ASAP.
