Tharp Consulting in Beaver Falls, PA, seeks an Entry-Level Lube Technician to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests/replacements, and inspections of lights and wipers. No prior automotive experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Fluency in English; comfortable with training materials and safety rules.
• Willing to work weekends and in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and fluid level checks.
• Rotate tires and check/adjust tire pressures.
• Test and replace batteries as needed.
• Inspect lights, wipers and other essential components.
• Conduct an 18-point maintenance check on vehicles.
