Valvoline Instant Oil Change is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Beaver Falls, PA. You’ll learn automotive basics through our training program and help customers by delivering top-tier service during routine maintenance.

No prior automotive experience required, with growth opportunities as you advance. You’ll perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and light/battery inspections while following safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training provided from day one to develop basic automotive skills.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and training materials accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, and inspect belts and wipers.
• Inspect and replace lights and batteries as needed.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and document work performed.
