Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Pulaski, TN. You will learn to perform oil changes, check fluids, rotate tires, and run 18-point safety checks under a supportive, team-oriented environment. Training is provided, no prior automotive experience is required.

Compensation starts at $14.75 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits including health coverage, life balance, and opportunities to advance to a Service Center Manager within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Interest in learning preventive maintenance tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance services.
• Check and refill fluids, inspect lights and wipers.
• Rotate tires and inspect and replace batteries as needed.
• Conduct an 18-point safety check and document results.
