Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join a friendly, team‑oriented environment in Boise. You will perform basic maintenance tasks and provide top quality customer service while learning through the company’s training program.

No prior automotive experience is required; you will receive hands‑on training and mentorship to grow within the role and explore opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast paced role.
• Customer-focused mindset with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance per guidelines.
• Check and refill engine fluids and maintain tire rotation as needed.
• Inspect and replace lights, wipers, and batteries when required.
• Conduct an 18-point maintenance check and document service.
