Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Westfield, IN, is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team and deliver top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance.

No automotive experience is required; our award-winning training teaches oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery checks, lights and wipers, and the 18-point safety inspection. Weekly pay and benefits support growth.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll receive hands-on training and support.
• Ability to read and understand training materials, safety procedures, and labels.
• Proactive attitude, detail orientation and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance services.
• Check and refill fluids as part of routine servicing.
• Rotate tires and inspect/replace batteries as needed.
• Inspect lights and wipers and complete the 18-point safety check.
• Deliver top-tier customer service in a friendly team environment.
