Job summary

Knight Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections. You will work in a team-focused environment with emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the growing family-owned automotive group.

Qualifications

• Previous lube or general maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic maintenance on various vehicles.
• Check and top off fluids; inspect belts, hoses, brakes, and other components.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and tools; follow safety guidelines.
• Communicate service recommendations or concerns to Service Advisors or management.
• Assist in keeping customer vehicles and dealership property clean and professional.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
