Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to service vehicles, rotate tires, and perform multi-point inspections with focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires good communication, a clean driving record, and ability to work in a fast-paced shop.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Training and advancement opportunities are provided within our professional workplace.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards; performs inventory stocking and general duties.
• Follows all shop policies, safety, and environmental rules; attends trainings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
