Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking entry-level Lube Technician applicants. No previous automotive experience is required as we provide award-winning training to teach you to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, lighting/wiper inspections, and a full 18-point maintenance check.

Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility (weekend availability likely).
• Friendly attitude and willingness to be part of a customer-focused team.
• This role requires reading and understanding training materials and safety procedures.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• Climb stairs and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Change oil.
• Check and refill fluids.
• Rotate tires.
• Test and replace batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check.
• Provide other preventive maintenance services.
