Job summary

Valvoline is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician at 211 E Ann St, Kaukauna, WI 54130. You will perform oil changes and basic maintenance with strong training and support. Excellent customer service and reliability are essential as you learn and grow within a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Walk-in candidates are welcome; no prior automotive experience required. The position offers weekly pay and a path to advanced roles through our training program.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• You’ll need to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids and rotate tires as needed.
• Test and replace batteries; inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and other preventive services.
