Valvoline is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician at 5701 University Ave NE, Fridley, MN 55432. No automotive experience is required; we provide award-winning training to teach oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery and light/wiper inspection, and a full 18-point maintenance check.

You will deliver friendly customer service while performing preventive maintenance. Applicants should be punctual, eager to learn, and capable of standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Training provided from day one to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Ability to review, read, and understand training materials and safety procedures.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance for guests' vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect/replace batteries, lights, and wipers.
• Conduct an 18‑point maintenance check.
• Provide top‑tier customer service.
