Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Waxahachie, TX is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician to support a friendly team while delivering top-tier customer service and preventive maintenance.

No automotive experience required; you’ll receive award-winning training. You’ll perform oil changes, check fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, inspect lights and wipers, and complete an 18-point maintenance check in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check
• And other preventive maintenance services

QUALIFICATIONS: What you’ll need to keep moving forward

From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician. All you need to do is bring your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for learning—and we’ll help you every step of the way. We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
