Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Gibsonia, PA is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll work with a friendly team and perform preventive maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and lamp/wiper inspections.

No automotive experience is required; VIOC provides award-winning training. This full-time role offers $15.75 per hour with weekly pay, health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with match, and a path to management within 18–24 months.

• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

QUALIFICATIONS: What you’ll need to keep moving forward

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team

This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions. English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
