Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in De Pere is seeking entry-level Lube Technicians to perform basic maintenance and high-quality customer service. You will be trained on-site to perform oil changes and preventive maintenance while ensuring guest safety on the road.

The role offers hands-on training, a friendly team, weekend availability, and growth opportunities into leadership positions within 18–24 months. Compensation starts at $16.50/hour with weekly pay.

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
