Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Grand Chute, WI seeks an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You will perform basic vehicle maintenance and provide excellent customer service in a friendly, collaborative team environment. Training will teach you oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, batteries, lights, and an 18-point inspection.

No prior automotive experience required; earning potential starts with hourly pay and benefits as you grow within the company.

Qualifications

ROLE OVERVIEW:

What you’ll do to drive success When you join us as an Entry-Level Lube Technician, your personal and professional goals will be fueled by a friendly and collaborative team environment. Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check
• And other preventive maintenance services

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)

• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
