Job summary

BWC Terminals is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative in Manchester, NH. You’ll support terminal operations by handling customer orders, shipping documents, and data entry, learning OSOs across modes, and ensuring DOT/compliance requirements are met.

You’ll interact with customers and visitors, address inquiries professionally, and receive initial training before moving to independent work. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• TWIC card held or ability to obtain.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic terminal operational activities related to Shipping/Receiving and Container Types/Modes.
• Learn all OSOs (operations service orders) for all modes.
• Handle truck paperwork, including BOLs, order entry, and customer order requests.
• Complete data entry and billing tasks, including closing orders and ancillary charges.
• Assist customers with inquiries and coordinate orders.
