Job summary

The HEAT Group is seeking an entry-level Production Assistant to join our content team, focusing on live sports production and control room operations. You will assist the Manager of Content Studio with game-night responsibilities, help organize, deliver, and coordinate content for the control room while supporting live HEAT broadcasts.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with production tools such as Tricaster, Dreamcatcher, and Ross XPression, log and archive broadcasts, prep shoots, and support

Qualifications

• Interest in live production and sports broadcasting.
• Experience with production tools preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during live shows.
• Solid basketball knowledge to understand game flow.

Responsibilities

• Assist live production crews with in-arena shows, pregame content and real-time storytelling.
• Shadow and support live event operators in control room environments and during broadcasts.
• Log and archive broadcasts and fulfill content requests.
• Assist with on-location shoots inside and outside the arena.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
• Help onboard and train interns alongside the Manager, Content Studio.
