Atlas Empowered in Nashville is seeking outgoing Entry-Level Event Representatives. This hands-on, in-person role involves engaging the public at live events, representing client campaigns, and working closely with a team to reach daily goals.

No previous event or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills while you gain professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at live events and promotional campaigns in the Nashville area.
• Engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain campaigns, programs, and initiatives to attendees.
• Answer questions with accurate information.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Create a positive and welcoming guest experience.
• Support customer acquisition and outreach goals as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Attend team meetings and development sessions.
• Provide feedback on event performance and attendee interactions.
