AYS Group is seeking motivated Remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team as independent contractors. This is a fully remote, phone-based sales role with commission-only compensation.

Training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you learn the insurance industry and grow your sales career. You will contact prospective clients by phone, assess their needs, explain available coverage options, and guide qualified applicants through the application process.

Qualifications

• No previous insurance experience required.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients by phone

New representatives receive:

Licensing Requirements

An insurance license is not required to apply or interview.

Before conducting insurance sales, representatives must obtain and maintain the appropriate insurance license for the state or states in which they conduct insurance business.

Licensing requirements vary by state. Guidance regarding the licensing process and requirements will be provided.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only sales opportunity.

There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Compensation is based on individual sales production and applicable commission schedules.

Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, activity, sales results, and other factors. No specific income level is guaranteed.

Remote Work Requirements

This is a fully remote telesales opportunity. Representatives conduct client communication and appointments primarily by phone.

Candidates should have:

• Reliable internet access
• Reliable phone access
• A computer or laptop suitable for conducting business
• A professional workspace suitable for client conversations
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients remotely
• The ability to manage their time and remain productive while working independently

Independent Contractor Status

This opportunity is offered on a 1099 independent contractor basis and is not a W-2 employment position.

Independent contractors are responsible for applicable taxes, licensing requirements, and business-related expenses. Traditional employee benefits, an hourly wage, and a guaranteed salary are not provided.
